If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase from GREAT DOG CO., please contact us within 30 days of package delivery. GREAT DOG CO. wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and would like an opportunity to resolve any problems you may experience.

A return must be requested within 30 days of the ship date, after which merchandise must be shipped back within 15 days. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. GREAT DOG CO. does not issue refunds for any opened product unless the product is determined to be defective.

Once the returned item is received, a credit will be issued to you in the form of a code you can use for another purchase.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be informed of your return.

Refunds are issued after we have received and inspected your returned item. Please allow 6-10 business days for us to receive your return. Buyers are responsible for paying all return shipping charges except in the case of a defective item and/or receipt of the incorrect item. For items purchased with free shipping we will deduct our original shipping costs from your refunded amount.

Once your items have undergone (and passed!) inspection, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment. We will notify you of your refund via email. Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.
What if I receive damaged or defective product(s)?

We will replace any items deemed defective or damaged (other than by a shipping carrier).

Depending on where you live, the time it will take for any exchanged product to reach you, varies. Please contact us if you wish to exchange or have questions about delivery.
What if I return an item but it isn't received by GREAT DOG CO?
- If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item(s).
